A little disorganized at times, but they'll go to the ends of the Earth to make sure you get what you need at the best price you'll find. I've even seen them recommend going to a different company if they can't do it for the best price. There's almost nothing this company can't do for you.
I recently needed significant repairs for items that were damaged on a Woods 15’ Batwing Mower. I chose to use KY Welding Tool & Die and am I ever thankful that I did. The White family owns this business and they were superb in providing the repairs I needed. Everything was done meticulously, professionally, and most reasonably. I could not be more pleased with the work which was done. I was treated like family and I highly recommend KWTD to anyone in need of their services.
