Canceled my service due to moving and all around horrible customer service. Had alot of credit left on my account which was owed to me. They have refused to release the funds so I had to file charged with the county attorney's office. Its only been a couple days since so no word on it at this time. My recommendation to anyone considering service is to have the contract looked over first. Any issues file an Affidavit or find a more honest company to do business with.
They keep estimating my bill from the previous owner. The house was vacant for a year before I purchased it. So one month I will get an $80 bill and the next a $700 bill. Not only that the charges when they don't estimate range wildly for 250 to 500 with no real difference in home use. Then costumer service is terrible and extremely rude
Terrible customer service. Left an elderly lady that moved to Somerset sitting in her driveway. Previous owner had power turned off. Current owner didn't know this until she tried to open the garage door. The garage door opener is the only way she has to get in the house for now. KU refused to come out and turn power back on until tomorrow. Management has no compassion and lack of common sense
