Great service when I made my appointment on line I had got my dates mixed up I went a day early but advisor had worked me into his schedule
It was great to meet Ragen and discuss the OTT tune with him and the rest of the gang that showed up to get their vehicles tuned. Ragen was very open to answering questions and making sure everyone had a chance to discuss. Also during the tuning on my '23 4Runner (~15 minutes) he answered specific questions on my specific vehicle. After the tune I needed to drive from Cincinnati over to Indianapolis. Ragen at KTT was awesome! Super impressed with my the OTT tune. My only regret is not having it done sooner!
Ragen is very easy to deal with. He gets you in and out and his family is very polite and talk shop with you while you get your OTT done.
