Set an appointment with Matt for a consult call. After the time went bye, I called to find that he isn't even in. Left a message for him, still no response a week later. Doesn't follow up on forgotten appointments, or messages left for him.

I called this law firm 3 times and was told I would get a call back from a lawyer. I called and the answering service acknowledged they saw in their system where I had called in requesting a call back. After 3 times calling, I’m done.
