I visited this gym today and could not have been more impressed with the equipment, layout, gym vibe, and especially the incredibly accomplished and kind owner! She’s a gem! She knows strongman inside and out! And she runs competitions! I wish I lived closer, I’d join in a minute! Wish I had better photos to show it all!
I was looking for a powerlifting gym to use while I was in town for a month, and I luckily came across KSF. The second I walked through the door, the owner (Kayla) greeted me and was kind enough to show me around. This gym caters to all strength sport enthusiasts: strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, etc. You also don't need to be a professional athlete to feel comfortable in this space, as all of the regulars are super welcoming and friendly to newcomers. Amazing gym in Kentucky for everything Strongman and power lifting. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. If you want a true gym where you can have a sense of belonging Kentucky Strength Farm is the place for you.
By far one of the best gyms I have been to in Etown. Great atmosphere and nice equipment. Very welcoming environment.
