We had an excellent experience with Kentucky Solid Surfaces! From our first visit, Lauren took the time to understand exactly what we wanted without any pressure to spend more. The process was smooth from start to finish — measurements were confirmed at our home, the design was sent for our approval, and installation was scheduled right on time. We had a very positive experience with Kentucky Solid Surface. Measurements & installation were done very professionally. Lauren’s assistance in the showroom was excellent. We were told that the countertops we selected typically take 3-4 weeks to get. We were pleasantly surprised that they were actually ready for installation in about 2 weeks. Communication was great & especially appreciated the photo of installer before he showed up at our door.
From our initial visit to the showroom to completion of our kitchen project, we are impressed! Lauren in sales, Micheal as project manager as well as the team that measured and installed were all pleasant to work with and professional. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend Kentucky Solid Surface to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel.
