If you can avoid doing business this company you should! I ordered a part and ended up sending it back for a refund- it took two months to refund my money and then they had the balls to charge me a 10% restocking fee. It’s a clown show!
Ordered compartment doors, I was told they were in good condition, That wasn't true, THEY WERE IN GREAT CONDITION. if I have any complaint it is that they packed the parts so well to keep them from being damaged during shipping, they were difficult to open. Thank you Kenny Cox
I order a transfer switch from them and when I got it a tec came to install it and would no work it cost me a $172.00 just to be told it was no good ,I got touch with kenny cox i phone and was told by him they had none in stock I offer to send it back Kenny cox said that it was ok.i didn't hear from for two month and phone Kenny cox and was told at that time he would refund that was june/21 still waiting 21nov/21.i phone about ago and was told to go to hell that is Kenny cox nice.i shall file bbb also it
