I had an emergency and had to go to the Kentucky River Medical Center. I SEEN dr. Burnett and he was awesome. I HAD DIABETIC Ketotososis, and i was admitted right away, my 4 night stay was great. The biscuits that they serve for breakfast are amazing, definetly the best biscuits in Jackson. The food was great the hospital was clean and well managed. The nurses were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was explained well and the procedures were preformed with care and compassion.A great place for all your medical needs.

Almost 5 years ago,i nearly died of sepsis..the team here along w/Dr.Quereshi,saved my life!!! I needed an ileactomy badly! I blew out over 7ft.of bowels..they removed all threats and rerouted me. This year,I nearly went sepsis again because I had a massive hernia within my bowel & the team along w/ Dr.Radu Constantine were able to remove it..giving my body life again..but the ileactomy was dying..so Dr. Radu Constantine set me up for a complete reversal..performing a colonoscopy first.I cannot imagine not being able to care... read more

Dr. Constantine was my grandpa’s surgeon. He had cancer and the doctor took it out and didn’t close his colon back so he nearly died and had to be rushed to another hospital to have another operation and ended up on a ventilator. He also sent him home with a super how blood pressure when another doctor said he needed to stay a few more days but Dr. Constantine didn't want to break his promise. Excellent experience at local facility! Prior to making it to the ER registration window, I witnessed the night shift ER physician escorting visitors to the ER bay to discuss their family’s conditions. Dr. Bowen then came to lobby and escorted me to the ER room and continued to provide appropriate healthcare with compassion and no rushing.
