Workers were minimally communicative about what they were finding... Only answered after I asked multiple times. Also, one of the workers broke the handle on one of the water shutoff valves under the sink and didn't say anything about it, just leaving the broken pieces down there. They also took a very long time to diagnose the bad cartridge when I had already told them where the leak was. Charged 125 to change a customer supplied showerhead and wanted 125 more to replace a cold water cartridge. Why an additional 125 dollars... read more
