I have been trying to over a month to get an appointment scheduled to get braces for my son. I have spoke to Matthew a couple times only to get the runaround saying that he would need to look at hi file and give me a call back then when he calls back, he gives me the runaround again and I need more information. I’ll call you back. Wow, I have been waiting three days now our call back and it has not happened.
