Please don’t use this company! I switched from progressive because it was cheaper and now I see why. They screwed me from 4 different angles. So many people saying so many different things left me with a 10,000 balance on my car and they told be essentially “tough luck”, told me at least my rental car would be covered and then when I sent in the bill I got another “tough luck, we won’t pay for it”. I’m appalled. Using this company and completely financially screwed me for many years to come. Don’t do it!
I had a wonderful experience with KY national. Stacey who works there was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this insurance.If you are in an accident, they work hard to make sure you dont have anything to worry about. Another thing that this insurance offers is southern hospitality. You wont find that with any other insurance!!
Take monthly payments out of my checking account when I didn't have money in there and cause me to pay the bank overdraft charge several times I canceled my coverage with them went to progressive and they took monthly payments out of my checking account 189.00 and made me pay the bank another overdraft charge again
Out of the blue today I received a letter stating they are no longer available in Kentucky. Kentucky National?????! Really!! And I’ve had claims about my roof but never get it covered! It’s always an excuse! Every neighbor has gotten new roofs due to multiple storms, but not me. They want me to pay to piece it. I had put a couple shingles on needed it before storms.
