This move was my worst nightmare. Many of my things went missing and they did nothing. They basically ignored me when I called to complain. The truck also went missing for over a half hour and I had to call the office to find out where they went. The office said they will try to get in touch with the driver. When they finally showed up they didn't give me any explanation. I also was charged for the time they went missing!! Now I know it was probably to hide the stuff they were stealing from me. They were very sweet while signing the contract. Once in their possession, most of my daughters valuables disappeared during storage and were not delivered. They have made no attempt to find, locate or provide compensation for the missing items, They keep delaying and be very careful in giving anything of value.

Wow, what a great move and I never thought I'd say that. They were on time and even under the estimate they gave us. They really went out of their way. We talked to one person who planned the whole move and she was great. Ray, Tim and Tyrone were fantastic, ask for them, we will next time.
