My oxygen was delivered shortly after I got home from the hospital. Didn't expect it till the next day. We couldn't get it to work so we called in & the service tech came back at 11pm that same night. Impressive!! Today they picked up the equipment as promised -- no hassle whatsoever. Tech was very pleasant & in & out quickly! Couldn't ask for any better service!

Loren is very nice and always answers my questions. You really need to do something about people calling and being put on hold for a very long time. Also staff need to be trained as to were specific calls are being sent to. Instead of being transfer several time and having to explain the need to several people. Thanks
