I had to return mine. Didn't help me. I cldn't afford the expensive ones & the 3,000.00 aids cldn't be turned up loud enough .. So I bought an over the ear amplifier & it works for me.
Everything was great very nice and respectful place
Appreciated the dr.'s thoroughness, and making sure we had a full understanding of how best to utilize the hearing aid. He spent plenty of time with my mother, answering all our questions without feeling rushed. Highly recommend as a good "listener."
