Best gym I’ve been to. Great equipment, awesome atmosphere, and never feels overcrowded. If you’re serious about lifting and just want a solid gym without all the nonsense, this is the place. Could not be more impressed
I first I was sceptical about some of the old school equipment,but it is well maintained and I got a better workout than some newer equipment at other Gym's and they have modern and upto date equipment as well.
Although I am fairly new to KY Gym, I am thoroughly satisfied. They have a wide variety of equipment as well as extras like the Cold Plunge, Steam Showers, and my favorite, a dry Sauna. The staff is knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming, and the facilities are immaculate. If you are looking for a gym to call home, I suggest you check them out. You won't be sorry.
