In the duration of several years KYFB has denied two claims recently. My family has used this company for 30 years. We have purchased policies for Homeowners and Vehicles. One claim was minor wind damage to my roof and second was a ruptured water heater. In 2013 they replaced and repaired damage from a water heater. Jason Wiseman is the rudest individual I’ve dealt with in my life and he is representing your company. Speaks to people like they are idiots and has a terrible attitude/tone. I would not tolerate him speaking to any of my loved ones the way he spoke to me.
I was in the office talking to the agent and this man came to my house took some pictures without my permission I should reported him to the police . I have Videos and more pictures about him. This is illegal.
