We have been with Farm Bureau for years , never had a claim. We have storm damage to our roof - verified by one of Farm Bureau’s preferred roofers (with pictures and all). We get denied, saying it is an old roof and they will not pay for our roof to be replaced. We will be switching insurance companies and I do not recommend Farm Bureau to anyone. Have been waiting weeks to hear back, we have to call them to get an answer- with an apology that they have not gotten back to us , just to say that they have denied it.

John and his team have been my agent for the last two years. He has consistently been readily available to update my policies, inform me of changes, and follow up with inquiries. His KYFB office has offered me the BEST prices I could find across 4 companies. Cannot recommend him enough. You are doing yourself s disservice if you haven't receive a quote from him yet.

I've been a customer since I was able to have insurance. No other agency around can touch the coverage to cost I get here. Both local branch staff are always very helpful when I have an issue or question or whenever I need to file a claim. Highly recommend working with KFB!!
