Kelly has been extremely unprofessional to deal with. About a year ago, she made an error with our renters insurance that resulted in our policy being inactive for nearly two months before I discovered the issue. During that time, she was very difficult to reach and did little to help resolve the problem. Today, I contacted her to cancel my policy before it renewed.
