My husband had car insurance through KFB for multiple years, and we got a new vehicle and there was something on his driving record AT THE TIME we purchased insurance through them. Went through multiple "reviews" and our rate remained the same. Then, a month ago, they did another random review and increased his rate from $200 to $600 something for something that has been on his driving record the entire time! Terrible service — it’s been two weeks that I submitted a claim that’s still ‘pending’ & I’ve been told I would have an answer & have yet to get a response after leaving multiple phone calls. I dropped this insurance personally a year ago & was hit by someone & that person got a ticket with ‘improper passing’ & they are trying to tell me I have to turn into my insurance as well. TERRIBLE. ILL NEVER GO BACK TO KFB!!! They will do whatever to cover their client! It shows!
Not pleased with the unprofessionalism of the staff whom answer the phone truly considering finding a better insurance company
We had a leaky roof, Farm Bureau didn’t care if we had a leak or not, they said they wouldn’t pay, we paid out of pocket, what is the point of insurance if they don’t insure you, then later they threatened to raise our insurance when they didn’t even want to pay, so we left them
