Terrible service — it’s been two weeks that I submitted a claim that’s still ‘pending’ & I’ve been told I would have an answer & have yet to get a response after leaving multiple phone calls. I dropped this insurance personally a year ago & was hit by someone & that person got a ticket with ‘improper passing’ & they are trying to tell me I have to turn into my insurance as well. TERRIBLE. ILL NEVER GO BACK TO KFB!!! They will do whatever to cover their client! It shows!
Not pleased with the unprofessionalism of the staff whom answer the phone truly considering finding a better insurance company
We had a leaky roof, Farm Bureau didn’t care if we had a leak or not, they said they wouldn’t pay, we paid out of pocket, what is the point of insurance if they don’t insure you, then later they threatened to raise our insurance when they didn’t even want to pay, so we left them
