Had a car accident where the vehicle flipped and was totaled. Suffered a broken rib and injured elbow. Sarah Hayden was my injury adjuster. Very shady on information given or helpful at all. Was following up about lost wages being out of work for 4 weeks. Was told the deadline was up which was never mentioned to me even though she had it in her “notes”. I ended up receiving $0 for my lost wages for being out of work for 4 weeks. Would not ever recommend this insurance company and will be switching as soon as able to.

I do not recommend this company I've been a customer for over a year they've raised my policy rate twice for no reason then when I move to another city they want to raise it even more because of a tax policy I will be canceling as soon as I can.

Took 5 months for Mark Bieblehauser to finally help me with my claim, on the 5th call within the few weeks we had talked, he told me it was the last time he would be talking to me about it… They wrote me a check for damages of $2,200 based off of photos when I had two professional in person estimates come in at $3,500 average . They tried to low ball when I was the victim with the damages. Avoid Mark at all cost, whether you’re insured by them or tried to handle a claim.
