Took 5 months for Mark Bieblehauser to finally help me with my claim, on the 5th call within the few weeks we had talked, he told me it was the last time he would be talking to me about it… They wrote me a check for damages of $2,200 based off of photos when I had two professional in person estimates come in at $3,500 average . They tried to low ball when I was the victim with the damages. Avoid Mark at all cost, whether you’re insured by them or tried to handle a claim.
Rates are high !! Staff at the Broadway office are extremely rude and very unkind !! Treated Mr like I was dumber than a box of rocks !!
The third party that Kentucky Farm Bureau uses who's name is Michael Curtin & Associates due to not living in Kentucky has been a horrible, stressful and. very Unprofessional experience especially dealing with the claim adjuster assigned to the case . Susan Nelson simply does not care and I hope and pray when it comes to my wife's serious injuries be addressed she is not a part of the process!!!!
