I’ve e visited your office in in butler county in Morgantown several times with my family. Each time, the front-desk employee has been very unfriendly and seems unwilling to work or assist customers. Questions about basic insurance options were routinely dismissed. The staff’s attitude left us feeling unwelcome and frankly, frustrated. The lack of patience or guidance is disappointing.
