My experience with KEMI Insurance has been frustrating and disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, unclear, and often lacked professionalism. Requests for clarification were met with delayed responses or vague explanations. The auditing process felt disorganized and adversarial rather than transparent or cooperative. My company changed workers comp insurance, KEMI did a short term charge for one month of 650.00 then wanted to charge me 275.00 for an audit. Will not ever refer anybody to them biggest scam ever.
