Believe every 1 star review. They are the absolute worse. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are crooks! You cannot believe a word They say. There are so many good ones out there. Switching companies was the best decision I have ever made. They absolutely do not deserve your business. RUN!
Kemi is by far the worst company! They want to get us on a $190k policy when we haven’t even paid out $135k in payroll, you’d think a $150k police would be fine. Our mistake was going directly with Kemi in October and trying to get a quote from their agent Teresa Spry, a quote that til this day 12/09/24 we NEVER got. They don't even deserve a 1 star. KEMI are criminals. I went through my first audit with no instructions at all from Kemi. Then KEMI turned around and invoiced us for $80K. After speaking to several other business owners and they clarified more things, I submitted adjustments. This brought down the audit summary amount. We agreed on a payment plan, which I have been paying monthly. The amount doesn't match what they have on the back side. Which they say I owe even more.
