Employees sound and look friendly. They try to load you in a timely manner but the whole complete check in system with the scan code is really wasting time versus the driver on the scale just calling cause now you have to do both scan and call the SCALE house on the inbound and it just don’t make sense on a busy day then you’re gonna have a lot of Grumpy drivers without the proper signage. Friendly and easy going workers. Was making a delivery and I was in unload and out in know time flat. Wouldn't mind coming back again
Delivery was quick and easy forklift unload the trailer in no time
