Contacted the number to be transferred to a call center in Louisville, who could only recommend one attorney in Bowling Green to discuss guardianship. Unfortunately that attorney is on family leave. I called back and was referred to the Kentucky Bar Association.

I worked with John Dotson in helping my father transition to assisted living. He was so professional, polite and understanding through the whole process.
