This place in the last few days has gone downhill..my husband was there Friday ..he normally would wait 30 minutes at most. Now ..he is having to wait 2 hours or more. This place is really going down the tube. I used to come in here and get loaded within 30 minutes but now it's taken over an hour if not two or three hours. Plus the upper management doesn't give a crap about it it's causing me to loose money being an owner operator working for myself. I'd stay away from here if at possible ..

I talked to few drivers that's been around a while neither had anything to say about kc.universal was hit by everyone I had a horrible experience with all people that worked over 2 weeks thank goodness God watches over us drivers I got on at bridgeway the own 12 companies and they make feel like a Rockstar 1 week in the door orientation was 1 hour to 2 virtual. Jason my broker agent has had his own 47 trucks he's amazing.$$$$
You have an extremely rude employee. I have screen shots of her unbecoming behavior and I’ll be glad to show them to you. You hire people that should not be working for you. Do better
