My husband took my son here today because he had just x-rays of his wisdom teeth done at his orthodontist. Rather than making a simple phone call next door to retrieve them, the staff decided to do another x-ray before my son even saw the doctor. I feel like this action was taken based on what was more convenient for the staff rather than what was best for my son. I am a healthcare worker, I deal with patient care no matter what their diagnosis may be.. being told that I cant be seen today because I have provided care for a covid positive patient and to come back in 2 weeks was a slap in the face. my PPE includes a cap, Goggles, a N95 mask with a surgical mask on top of that, gown, gloves and booties. my exposure to covid will be just as high in 2 weeks as it was today. am I suppose to miss 2 weeks of work just to have some teeth pulled? As someone with severe dental anxiety, getting my wisdom teeth out was the last thing I wanted. KCOMS made the whole experience great. The nurses were very reassuring and even held my hand when I started crying. They were also great about explaining aftercare to my husband. If I ever need an oral surgeon, again, I would not hesitate to come back.
Wonderful place to have your wisdom teeth removed I was very nervous to say the least, but so very glad to have it over with.
Dr. Menegotto was the best I ever been too.. Also had the best nurses there as well Rebecca and Kelly took the best care of me! they was so kind and made me very comfortable.. If you ever need work done I would definitely come here! Thank you all so much just wanted to show my appreciation like you all did for me ❤️❤️❤️
