I was referred in July after 2.5 hours of Mortenson Dental failing to numb me properly, hacking at an abscessed tooth, incapable of removing it. When I arrived at the Beaumont office, the ENTIRE staff was so nice and empathetic. Dr Menangatto (sp?) had me properly numbed and the tooth removed within roughly 30 minutes. Although I was in a lot of pain after leaving Mortenson, I experienced no pain at all after leaving this office. Literally every interaction I had with the staff here was 10/10. The lady at the front desk was so sweet! I was so nervous and both the assistant and the dental surgeon were comforting and kind. Its really rare to encounter kind souls in the medical and dental field, but this office is full of them! I have had minimal pain from my tooth extraction and if I ever need anything else that requires dental surgery, I will go here.
