This was a horrible experience not because of the surgery but because of the staff. My surgery was with Dr. Melendez and he was very dismissive and rude Just got surgery there earlier today, I would never get surgery here again. I had one nurse treat me with kindness and decency and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The rest of the staff had zero sensitivity to the fact that I had anxiety whatsoever and were frankly rude on multiple occasions. One nurse even said "do you even wanna get this surgery today?" Tooth extraction, 🦷 don't chew snuff. Gave it up many years ago, lost a tooth that was crowned about 22 years ago. Top Notch! Pain after has been minimum.
Informative at initial appointment and surgery went exceptionally well.
I'm so thankful for Dr. Clark and the staff at KCOMS. They got me in the same day and even performed the extraction, same day.
