Our family room was the coldest room in our house. In the winter we would sit in a less comfortable room because the family room was cold. We replaced 4 windows and two doors with 2 larger windows and two doors. We had three estimates and chose Kentuckiana Window Designs. Great experience all the way from sales and install. Very happy. Armundo did our install and was conscientious and fast.
We recently had 2 single doors and 2 french doors replaced by Kentuckiana Window Designs and are very happy with the results! Todd is a joy to talk with - he helped us finalize a few options we couldn't quite decide on and gave us great advice. Armando and Jonathan were professional and efficient, both on the measurement visit and the installation itself. It was a pleasure working with Todd! His suggestions and guidance were spot on. Installers were very professional and personable. Had double front doors, back door and sliding patio doors replaced. Would definitely use Kentuckiana Window Designs again.
Both installers were professional, friendly and courteous. Everything from insuring proper installation, final detailed inspection and cleanup simply checked all the boxes. Windows are most likely a one or two things you will have to do in your home at least once, so make sure you are not going on the cheap as you will have to live with that for 20 years or more.
