This company is exactly what businesses should be helping the customers! From start to finish they was all awesome from sales, manager, installers i would definitely give them a if I could.
The salesman, Todd, for Kentuckiana Windows was friendly, respectful and showed us all about the windows. He measured, took pictures and had a window to display for us. Within a short time he emailed us an estimated cost that we eventually agreed upon. Two nice young men came out to measure precisely for each window. They were courteous and very thorough. Todd from Kentuckiana Window Design came to our home and showed us a variety of custom, steel doors to replace our old, warped wooden doors. Even with weather stripping, outside air blew in. We chose a beautiful front door, a set of patio doors and a door going into the garage that was up to code for fire and security. Our installers were wonderful, answered all our questions, and protected our home and hardwood flooring during the install.
