Brian came to my apartment to fix my kitchen sink and was very helpful! He explained what was the cause of the issue and what he did to fix it!

We have rented from Kentuckiana Property for nearly a year and have had a great experience thus far. The office staff is easy to communicate with and they return calls within a timely manner. The maintenance staff has been phenomenal, especially Brian. We recently had a leak from our kitchen sink that left a puddle in our kitchen area and leaked into the laundry room. This company is absolutely amazing to partner with from start to finish!!!! Travis the owner has always been up front/Fair and has the customers and residents best intentions at hand. The entire management and office team are absolutely fantastic and easy to communicate with at all hours no matter the situation …..whether it’s helping with a tenant application or addressing a maintenance concern or even step by step assistance with the online portal.
