Your website expert that you hired to help people navigate the website for payments should be fired because she can't navigate the website and rudely accused me of not being able to follow her directions . I said we had to add a property on the website u said NO and you were wrong accusing me not be able to navigate the website. After hanging up with her I added the property then I was able to make a payment and I called your expert to let her know she says ok instead of apologizing for her mistakes and wasting people's time... read more

I want to give a BRAVO ZULU to Miss Amber!!! she has always been there when I needed her if I don't get her when I call her she never fails to call me back or responds via text or phone call...EVERYTIME... it never fails... she may not call me back in an hour or in a day but she does call me back.... Straight 100 I love me some Ms Amber she always has an answer to my questions and my concerns... WHATEVER!!!!the issue is.
I would give this company 110% review for 110% effort if allowed! They are awesome! Our property manager Angela, has gone above and beyond, even working on vacation for us! We have accomplished so much in the 2 months Kentuckiana has been with our community! Can't wait to see what they have for us next!
AMAZING COMPANY!!! they became our new management in may and have done SO much for our community in just 3 months and we couldn’t be more grateful. Angela Prichett is also an amazing property manager and we are so thankful for her and her teams hard work. definitely recommend
