Had a great experience with Brian coming out to my apartment today to fix/ replace my toilet He was quick to respond to the request, easy to schedule the repair, and was clean a courteous with his work

Multiple times, I have gone thru KPM (via online, then text) to arrange a property tour. All have been a hassle. They ask you for dates/times that you're available, but totally disregard it. They continued to propose dates (4 times) that were unacceptable (not per my original response). I rec'd responses from different people during my communication (Jonah, then Jemalyn). Prior to his arrival, Brian kept me updated on when he would be here to replace the kitchen faucet. He was very thorough and although he came across two problems that I was not aware of, he made a trip to the hardware store, purchased the materials, and made the repairs. All of the work was done and the original price I was quoted DIDN'T change. I am so thankful for the integrity and expertise of a person like Brian. I would highly recommend Brian Moss Handyman Service.
