Hands down the best customer service I have ever received from any contractor. They were extremely helpful and fast. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
We had an old skylight pane fail due to improper installation. I initially contacted KPG looking to have the glass unit made and then install it myself. They called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a message, discussed our needs, and I sent them pictures and measurements. Within 30 minutes of me sending my info, the owner called me back to discuss the job in greater detail.
