Their technicians are awesome, I can’t say enough about Colin. However, if you are buying a new unit, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company. A 4 year old unit is already faulty and although the parts warranty is still there, they will not waive a diagnostic fee. Its a principle issue at this point and their operations manager, David Weber will not do anything to help. OMG! I’ve used KCC for my heating and air needs and Colin has been to my home for both issues. Let me tell you that he is simply awesome. Knowledgeable , thorough, friendly and very professional. He explains everything and makes sure you have a full understanding of the work that’s being done and any future needed repairs and recommendations.
