I am very pleased to have a new furnace and outdoor system installed by the Kentucky Comfort Center. I called during a time when my homes original unit had a compressor burn out, the part was too old to find a replacement. My family and I had managed for a few days with widow units and fans, but its the hottest parts of the summer and we are running fans constantly. We couldn’t have been happier with the service that Colin provided. He was honest, knowledgeable, and did a great job in every aspect. All companies seem to price gouge when it comes to coolant, but KCC seemed to gouge the least. $85 per lb for something that is readily available at $10 per lb seems crazy, but we found other companies charging $175 so they are the lesser of all the evils. That said l, we were very happy with the service and promptness as they had someone at our house on the same day.
We originally contacted them for repair and they diagnosed the problem quickly. Recommended a full replacement and gave us a reasonable price and quality follow up visits for maintenance. Would recommend. Follow up. Continue to use KCC for regular maintenance and their technicians are great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Colin did a great and quick job fixing my AC! This is the second summer that KCC helped me with the AC. It's time for a new one soon and will be coming back to them. Good pricing too.
