Extremely disappointed the rheumatologist I currently have is not addressing or does not seem to care about my treatment. Recieved Dr. Sterns info from several family friends and got a referral in August we sent my medical records to the office and they denied me as a new patient because the doctor will not see anyone wanting a “second opinion” it doesn’t matter that my pain levels are worse and I’m not in remission. Very thorough and genuinely concerned about the patient. Dr. Stern is the best but the practice overall is excellent.
Dr Stern is a very uncaring provider. I had a false positive tb test followed by 3 negative tests. He still would not refill humira. I was almost not able to walk when I received treatment from another practice. All is good now and have had several more negative tests. The antibiotics they were trying to put me on was a six month regiment and WERE not needed... Go anywhere else...
Who can have an experience? You guys don't except Medicaid. What's the matter? Are us poor people not worth your time? Shame on you! Shame I say! Doesn't matter how nice you people are. Apparently, you're not nice enough to take care of people like me on Medicaid.
Dr. Stern, was very nonchalant about my illness. I have raynaud syndrome & scleroderma. I have issues With my right hip. He sent me for xrays and ask that I bring a cd to my appointment with the results. I don’t think he even looked at it. When I walk out of the office the cd was lying on a table. He tried retrieving it quickly as if I wouldn’t see that. All he said was we want be prescribing you narcotics.
