Friendly staff, free parking, and a very competent doctor. The infusion center is well-run, clean, and comfortable. Billing helped with a manufacturer payment assistance program and has been very responsive.

10 month wait for the first appointment was tolerable because that’s just how it is for rheumatologists for some reason. It would have been great to have had the X-rays and labs done ahead of time. That way my wait would have led to more than frustration. Dr was Dismissive of prior diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis; abrupt with no warmth and gave the impression there was no point in me being there. Just a negative vibe from the doctor. When I set up my appointment the receptionist was extremely rude and condescending and not understanding of my needs and limitations on my schedule. I waited 6 months to get in but the roads were bad on the day I had my appointment, I tried to reschedule but the receptionist this time said it was their policy no matter why I cancelled within 24 hours. Being a person of color, It's nothing like having to wait 9 months for an appointment when you are in constant pain. Then having to endure a doctor who rushed through your exam as you are an inconvenience to them. This is what I had to go through dealing with Dr. Chase. Then she sent me to an Arm and Hand doctor that has the same personality and characteristics as she does.
