Called them to get a bid on plumbing for our new house we're building. We sent them the plans and were told we should have something in 2-3 business days. Called them back after 3 days and no one knew where our file was at first and was told we might have to re-send it. We got a call back 30 mins later saying that the file was on the desk of the person who does their quotes, but this person was out and hadn't been in the office since we first sent the plans. I was just told that they are too busy to run some lines to an existing part of my home. The lady on the phone was very short as she told me they dont have time to do a small job because they are doing too many new constructions. I used Kents before and was very happy with them. I guess they got too big for my small money. She hung up on me to end the call.
VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF. DOES GREAT WORK AND THEY ARE EAGER TO PLEASE. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AND THEY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY WORK. THEY ARE EASY TO CONTACT AT ALL TIMES. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND HONEST AND CARING FAMILY ORIENTED CHRISTIAN PEOPLE.
