What I have experienced with this pharmacy for several years and was willing to overlook to support local business is their inability to provide the quantity of a prescription that a Doctor prescribes. If you have a 3 month prescription, they only allow you to have 1 month supply, allowing them to make profit by being able to bill you and your insurance company 3 times, making your cost for your prescription 3 times as much. Great service and friendly customer service!
I usually have a great experience at this pharmacy—the staff, including the pharmacist, are always kind and helpful. Today, the receptionist was especially sweet and even asked if I had any questions for the pharmacist. However, the new female pharmacist was incredibly rude. When I inquired about potential side effects of my medication, she dismissed my question and essentially called me stupid for asking.
