Just bought my first ride and the entire staff were just amazing from start to finish. Right from the start Ron helped me find the right bike for my size and experience (zero) and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He walked me around the shop and showed me everything and detailed the pros and cons of it all. He and Katie helped me get the right gear before I even started my BRC.
