Very rude! They would not do an alignment on my car because I got my tires from some place else that was cheaper. They first said yea they would do it then when i started giving my information to them the guy asked me why I thought I needed an alignment and I said because it shakes and he proceeded to tell me that my tires might be off balance and i said I just got them balanced.
