The problem is that the ***** the owner will not respond to you if there is any problems. Though he offers a warranty with his work, he will not answer your calls or texts if there is anything wrong. So although he did do a lot of work for me, he was unresponsive when I complained about an install that was done improperly and when one of his mini splits started leaking.
After being given the runaround and dealing with other HVAC companies and their high pressure sales people, we consider ourselves highly fortunate to have found ****. **** not only took the time to respond to us personally the day our AC went down, he also performed the estimate and work, which is very rare these days. He took the time to explain exactly what he would do if he were in our situation, and was straightforward and honest about what unit/brands he carried and what work needed to be performed.
