All the 1 star reviews are correct, very unprofessional Company. After reading these reviews I canceled my appointment that American Residential Warranty scheduled since they said Kent’s was the only provider in my area. I opted for the reimbursement plan since they authorized me to contact a local A/C company. Kent called me and I explained they were too far away and I couldn’t wait until next week when the service appointment was scheduled. Mr. Kent was awesome!! On time and tells it how it is without any BS. Very straight forward individual and courteous. Installed my AC with ease and explained the process for me the entire time. I would definitely recommend him to others!
This guy is a menace to society, do not use his service. He has no regards for people's safety and drives recklessly. Be very careful when you see this van...is dangerous!
