We had your security system installed a few months ago, and ever since then, I’ve been trying to reach Kelly regarding the yard and window signs, as well as an additional door sensor that we still haven’t received. I’ve called and messaged multiple times, but lately she has completely stopped responding. I’ve also submitted several requests through your website, but no one has gotten back to me. I really don’t understand what kind of service this is.
