Super rude! Super unprofessional! Change and add fees without letting customers know! Low low low quality cameras! Awful! Beware! Been with them 15 years. Bought 5 cameras and they installed. Lots and lots of issues over the years with cameras breaking. Now they want to charge you over 100.00 to come out to your house when these cameras break and have issues constantly.
