Extremely unhappy. My water company contracted Kentrel to replace water meters. My appointment was between 8-12. The tech showed up at about 1:00. The installation should have only taken 30 minutes based on the letter we received from the water company. The tech was here for 90 minutes and had to call a second tech to come because he was not sure what to do. When the tech left, he told my wife there was "a little water on the floor". I am being harrassed by this company. I am going on 6 months of it and finally filed a formal complaint with the PA Utilities Commission about PAWC and Kentrell. My water meter has been changed on the last Monday of September by PAWC. I do not appreciate the caller to laugh in my face on the phone and tell me "I will put down that you refuse to change your meter" so that PAWC sends me a threatening letter to shut off my water. They schedule an appointment with a window from 12 - 4. After waiting four hours I called them. They told me if I would like to reschedule. I just wasted the entire day waiting for them. What kind of company are they?
They were extremely rude on the phone and also had a repairman show up with no covers for his dirty work shoes on our white carpet and didn’t bring a towel or necessary things to catch dripping water. Ended up using my son’s bath towel for behind the wall. Avoid them at all costs.
