I had the great misfortune of dealing with Jennifer Holder at the Erlanger office . Called to see why my rates had went up and why the office was according to the voice mail still closed at almost 10:00am , according to the website it opened at 8:30am . She ( Jennifer Holder) was the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with . She was rude, condescending , loud and consistently overtalked me and she hung up on me.
