My mother was insured by this company for over 40 years. After she passed away suddenly her farm was hit by a tornado. My brother and I had an extremely difficult time dealing with them. They were uncaring, extremely uncooperative, and treated us as if we were lying about the damage. It took us 4 months to get the claim paid. It was not a fair payout, but we could no longer allow ourselves to deal with such ignorance. I cannot imagine why anyone would choose to deal with these people. What a joke of an insurance provider!
