I previously rated this dentist practice as exceptional. However, I am recinding that review entirely. The billing manager who sits at the receptionist desk sent my bill to an incorrect address (major HIPAA violation). This upset me very much. Additionally, the bill was for an amount in excess of the agreed-upon treatment plan, and there were no details as to what the extra amount was for.
