Ken always does a great job. I know I can trust him if he says something needs to be done.
Twice been there, twice pleased. Years ago, he was able to diagnose my Nissan due to a bizarre and very tiny malfunction. Nobody could figure it out. Ken found it and went to great lengths to find me a spare part. Hardly charged me too. And recently, when others tried selling me on 4 parts totaling over $2,000, Ken diagnosed only one thing that needed fixing and saved me over $1,500. Now that's honesty and competence.
