Walked in to tighten for the first time about a month ago. I was having issues with a table saw that is still under warranty. They called me Monday, and advised me they found they issue, the fence is not aligned properly. According to the guy on the phone, this isn’t a warranty covered issue as there are no parts needed. Haven't used the service, but one of the work trucks likes to drive around Lincoln shouting homophobic slurs at people on the street.
Walked in for the first time today and was greeted as soon as i walked through the door. I didn't even have time to make my way to the Makita section before chris whitney stopped me to ask what i was in for and if he could help in anyway. I cant tell you how hard it is to get help at homedepot or sears. They even offered a lower price then what i could find the item online for. I did not make a purchase but i will be back and plan to tell my friends to take there tool needs to the store in lincoln!
