Terrible service. Took a staple gun there for repairs, one year later still not repaired. Numerous phone calls promising a return call. No return phone calls. Visited store numerous times. Always receive the same answer "will be finished soon" or "waiting on parts".
Great all the service and have what I need fix the tools in time to done my job. I order on the way they have all ready

I will gladly go back for more in here, I am so surprised that I got everything that I need below the budget. I am glad to find out about this place.
I called a lot of stores in Omaha looking for accessories for my rotary hammer and they were the only ones that had the type and size I needed. After roaming their store they had a huge selection to choose from of not only bits but other stuff I use as well. Very impressed with the amount of tools they displayed. Way more than any of the box stores. Price was in line with box stores.
