Waiting time was about 10 minutes before everyone started showing up. Was treated well. They explained what they were doing and the Dr was there to see me 4-5. Just passing thur but very good hospital
Dr Wright is a very thorough Physician. I highly recommend him if others are seeking out a new provider to assume their medical care.
I took my mom who has Alzheimer’s related dementia to her yearly wellness appointment today. Dr. Wright is very knowledgeable about this disease and explained everything to me very thoroughly including what her medication’s are used for and why. He is also very supportive about our decision to support a high quality of life for my mom right now. Great experience at Sturgis Monument Health ER. Dr. Kent Wright did a great job and so did the nurses, nurse assistants, X-Ray, and Lab. The Receptionist took me back immediately and I had several nurses connecting me to monitors, starting IV, getting meds and having Lab draw blood. All very efficient, they kept me comfortable and informed the entire 6 hours I was there. Great job team!
