I had a frustrating experience at My Eye Doctor's Office in BURLESON. The salesperson assisting me did not properly explain my benefits and seemed more focused on upselling products I had no interest in rather than helping me make the most of my coverage. Trash. Call them, try and get someone on the phone. You can’t. They aren’t the type of business that appreciates their customers. They don’t care that you need to call. If you want them, they will send you links and texts. It’s their way or you can go **** yourself.
